I was looking to hire at least four more web designers for my company. I had just expanded our sales territory and the work was coming in so quickly that our current staff could not keep up anymore. I knew that if we did not hire people who could do custom web design that we would start to get a reputation for not completing work on time.

The ads that I put in the newspapers and online explained that I was looking for a few people who had experience with custom web design. I got so many phone calls from people who wanted to know if I could train them to do the job. I explained that the ad said that the person needed to already have experience and hung up on them. In the end my web design company was able to hire five new experienced web designers.

Our business has been steady and we always get our projects completed on time. I always think that we must be the best web design company in the world, but then again I am a little biased since it is my company. I would like to see how many other companies have this much work, and get it all completed with just ten web designers.
